After the order is placed, we will hand over the package to the GLS courier service as soon as possible, at which point a notification email will be sent by the delivery company. The delivery time of the package depends on the destination country.
The courier's employee does not have the opportunity to wait for you to unpack the package, so if you notice any external damage on the package, ask the courier to document it, as only in this case is it possible to submit a claim for compensation due to product damage.
You can see the exact delivery cost at the checkout page, as it depends on the product category, weight, and the delivery country. The total amount displayed above the "confirm order" button on the checkout page includes the delivery fee as well.
When you place your order, if the product is in stock, we will hand it over to the courier service as soon as possible. Your package is already with the courier service during the delivery process.
You have the right to withdraw from the order placed on the webshop within 14 days without giving any reason, thanks to the applicable regulation.
Exceptions to this rule include products where you choose the color individually or they are assembled according to specific requirements since these are considered individually customized components.
If any damage occurs to the returned component after unpacking, the customer is responsible for the depreciation in value.

For payments made via bank transfer, we issue a pro forma invoice upon placing the order, which is sent to the email address provided during the order process.
The email message and the pro forma invoice both contain our company name and bank account details to which the total amount of the invoice should be transferred.
